Well I do believe there is a disk with drivers on it and some other
things. So with out that disk I would not reformatt it.

You can parition it one could Dos3.3 or even Pascal

I see no reason it would not.

It is IDE, but the card must be matched to the drive.  Some how it
must have the exact specs of the drive to work. Just putting in any
IDE and it will not work or work they way you would like it.

The one thing that was a weak spot was the fan in the Power supply.
Bearings tended to go. I had one that I put a drop or 2 of oil on it.
It quit making noise, and was spinning. Maybe not as fast as new. But
putting oil where the bearings are can be a bit hard. Then when it
spins it somw what comes out. But I was ready for the mess.
