I understand that, but your *monitor* is resampling the video signal, and that's where the problem occurs. Sorry I wasn't clearer about this. If you were to display the output of your converter on an analog CRT monitor, you would not see those beats or aliases, since then no resampling is done. -michael NadaNet file server for Apple II computers!
