Re: Apple II Keyboard Commands

Hi,
I just got an Apple IIGS system yesterday and just wanted to know if
anyone has, or knows where I can get, a list of basic keyboard
commands for things like switching programs, entering the control
panel, ect. Also, I accidentally turned on the border. How do you turn
it off?

Thanks for your help,

It's been a while since I've turned mine on. Let's see if I can remember...

In GS mode everything is done with the mouse and GUI. Think of it as being a single process Mac. Basically click on the appropriate window to switch between them. The control panel can be accessed by clicking on the Apple icon in the menu bar (upper left). The border is always on. It's just a matter of changing the colour.

In //e mode I think the process to get to the control panel is Openapple&Control&Esc. Generally programs here are invoked by the "run", "brun", "exec", or "-" followed by the file name.
