Connecting an IIc+ to an Appletalk network?

Short answer, no - support for Appletalk was never finished in the //c Plus.

The closest you'll likely get to networking is a serial connection of some
sort, ie a Linux box (shell access).

I know of at least one person actively working on a complact flash option for
the //c, and 1 or 2 others that are rumored to be (but won't admit it). There
might be something talked about during KFest, so in about 2 weeks, we'll see.

Oh, and people are still trying to recreate a viable smartport accessible hard
drive.
