I have one of these cards, but I de-soldered all of the DRAM's for use
in another 1Mb card. I didn't realise that they where rare when I
performed this cannibalism however. I'll keep my eye on this and see
the result. If it is worth something I may be tempted to replace those
DRAM's.  :-)
