Actually, Microsoft is not that large of a company. They don't make the top 
100, or even the top 130 list of companies from around the world.

If you take 2006 rankings we have

So, I see IBM, dell, Sony, Toshiba, HP, and even two phone compaines are 
ahead of microsft in terms of revenue...

Micoosfot was in the 140's for 2006

So, in fact even Wallgree Pharmacy is larger!!!

So, I can certanly say that IBM, or dell dwarfs Micosoft, but apple fairs 
and comparies quite respectiable to micosoft.

It not like 10 times or anthing.

Apple moved up a lot. while I don't have the 'world' rankings for 2007 we 
have for 2007 apple at about 20 billion dollar company, and Microsoft at 
about 44 for 2007.

So, it just over two times as large. Not such a huge company at all...

If you take world wide sales of coke cola, then it also larger (but, coke 
cola is spread into a whole bunch of world wide divisions..so, you can't get 
a single number like you can for the above list).
