It would match,
8 rows with two chips, so 8*(2*8k)= 128k

this is a problem I tried to identify the chips or get a datasheet
MB8264-20
but had no luck.

Thanks to your input I can now identify the card.
I found on apple2.org a picture of a Saturn 128k card .
My card is a 100% copy.
