I'm pretty sure that I received the upgrade to Complete Pascal. I'll
try to look for it, but I'm not sure I still have it. I discarded a
bunch of Apple II stuff about 8 or 10 years ago during a move, before
I became interested in all things Apple II again.

If I remember right, there was a version 1.5 of TML Pascal between
version 1.1 and Complete Pascal. That may be what your manual is for.
