Bad form I know, but I figured out how to run it.
It looks interesting and I'll keep it, but it doesn't solve my
problem.
I need to boot an Apple II from a UNIX host that doesn't have
graphics.
It seems to me that I just need a way to send ROM monitor commands and
the Apple software over a
serial link to make this happen.
Any pointers or ideas welcome.
