All it takes is a little Patience and a soldering/desoldering pencil.

For every key-switch there are 2 solder points on the circuit board.
These have to be desoldered. Gently remove the top of the key. Under
the key, you will see two tabs holding the switch in the aluminum
frame. By depressing these, you should be able to pull the switch
out.

Disassembling the switch is with two tabs on either side of the
switch, witch must be gently pried away from the body of the switch to
allow it to come apart. In most cases, you will only need to add to
the tension on the switch by gently prying out the tab. Use an ohm
meter on the switch before reinstalling in the keyboard. (learned this
the hard way)
