Yes, but i'm not that familiar with the IIGS Analog RGC Monitor.

What is the source of the composite rca?

Theres a few options.

Get a chip like ISL59885 from intersil, or get their eval board
(sample, free) and use it to make a horizontal/veritical/composite
synce for the monitor.

I find it sort of amusing that I ordered some samples from them for
the same purpose.  =)  I guess I could make you a cable for what you
need from one of the chips, though I haven't tested them yet.

I'm assuming the IIGS (I do have one, just not a monitor for it) uses
an analog 15kHz monitor?
