You mean it is physically stuck? If so, then it is probably binding with the case, and some disassembly may be required. ;-) I've never encountered a pot that "froze", though I have seem some that became quite "stiff" until rotated a few times, sometimes with a drop of WD-40 on the shaft-bushing junction. -michael NadaNet file server for Apple II computers!
