A disk image of "Gertrude's Puzzles" does exist - and our friend
Bill Garber sits on it! ;-)

N.N. Thayer posted some archives on March 21 and Bill put the
files on his server, so I guess it's OK to point to it.

The file "From Personal Archive.zip" contains the
"D11 - Gertrude's Puzzles.dsk" image which does seem to work.
