After you dismiss the "File doesn't appear to be valid message", go to
tools->disk image converter.

Open the mumath.sdk image, and convert to to an "unadorned dos order" disk 
type.

Applewin opens the .do type disk without any problems.

The image doesn't appear to have a catalog track at the expected area which 
is
why Ciderpress probably balks at it.
