Alas no, Mac OS X has never supported the ProDOS disk format. You can 
however use Disk Utility (or the command line 'dd' program) to make a 
disk image of any disk, even one which has no mountable filesystem on it, 
then open the disk image in an Apple II emulator or a program like ADFS. 
After you're finished you can reverse the process to write the disk 
image back to the original media.
