What specs would your Apple ][ clone have today?

I'm working with some documentation for a 6502-based system from the
late 1970s, and
i realized that the Apple ][ seems to have been left out of the
'vintage cloning' process.

There are Apple I clones, thanks to Vince Briel, Tom Owad, and
others.
Nothing for the Apple // series that I'm aware of.

If you were going to spend around $200 on an Apple // clone, what
features
would you leave out, and what would you include. More importantly,
what would
would you assume MUST be there.

Example
out: 5 1/4" floppy (no need for interface card, a flash drive would
work well for storage)
in: PS/2 keyboard
out: NTSC output
in: 65816 processor

OR

in: Apple 2 form factor (required for expansion cards)
in: at least ___ (insert number here) Apple ][ expansion slots
in: USB keyboard interface
in: USB disk interface (for external hard drives)
in: VGA output
in: joystick/game paddle socket
assumed: 80 column card

I should point out that any design patents on Apple //e and //gs would
have long since
expired, although the ROM contents would still be protected by
copyright.

Not committment to build anything, although I could be convinced to
put a group order together
for a PCB for some kind of system with a 'passive backplane' models,
as I have around
50 'Apple // backplane connectors' that I could use for a dozen or so
4-slot systems. You could
fit the whole Apple // CPU, memory, and video system on a single
expansion card, these days.
