Locksmith Fast Copy isn't 6-2 compliant, so it can't be used as a
basis for a .dsk creator tool.

Paul Guertin posted a source code one year ago in the
comp.emulators.apple2 group (about "Apple Games Disassembly Project",
READDAT2 -- Reads data field and denibblizes on the fly).

Fastdsk has the same visual aspect but isn't derived from Locksmith.
