Glad that you solved your problem.

I've never tried to save a program to a ProDOS disk under DOS--it's
interesting that the response is "DISK FULL" instead of something
more definitive.

Apparently, having track $11 all zero sectors looks valid enough that
DOS pronounces it "full".  I would have expected a little more validity
checking on the VTOC than that...
