I don't believe the image is compressed -- it's 8192 bytes long. The
magic location $78 is in a "screen hole".
Type $08 (FOT) wasn't used for standard hi-res images much. Most things
just used BIN.
Do you have a file of this type? If so: HGR then BLOAD file,a$2000,t$08 .
If it's on a disk image, open it with CiderPress.
FOT with auxtype $4000 is compressed, according to the file type note, but
I've never seen a file stored this way.
