RAMWorks II Manual and Disk?

Does anyone out there have the manual (and disk?) that came with the
RAMWorks II from Applied Engineering? I've looked at asimov and a lot
of other archive sites without success.
If some kind soul out there would be willing to scan or photocopy the
manual and duplicate the disk for me, I would be willing to pay a
reasonable fee for the effort and postage.
