IIRC, this Monopoly lookalike has a single-player mode:
http://www.apple2.org.za/mirrors/ground.icaen.uiowa.edu/Collections/SkunkWorks/Games/MONOPOLY.SHK
While it's not a board game, the graphics in this Wheel of Fortune lookalike
were decent for the time, and I think it also had a single-player mode:
http://www.apple2.org.za/mirrors/ground.icaen.uiowa.edu/Collections/SkunkWorks/Games/WHLOFFORTUN.SHK
Both require a 128K IIe (or equivalent).
(The Skunk Works collection is all of the Apple II stuff that was on my BBS
from 1991 to 1994. I posted all of it to comp.binaries.apple2 a few years
ago, from which it found its way to Ground (now offline :-( ), and then to
other archives.)
