Yeah, I've done it with a version of copya I made. What I did was to take 
out the INIT command so it didn't try to format the the receiving disk 
(which is the CFFA volume).

I've also done it with ADT too but I can't remember the exact steps. I think 
I put ADT image into that volume and then ran ADT from that volume, then 
copied right over itself! ADT does not format a disk and that's what you 
need because DOS MASTER is loaded in the section of DOS where the format was 
done.

Hope this helps, if not I'll copy a disk and post all the steps.
