I'll have to do some more testing tonight when I get home to determine
exactly what version of ADT I got working - as I said, I think it was
ADT_2005 but I can't say for certain. I'll try ADT_2006 (if that's not
what I used) and see what the outcome is also.

Do you have any ideas as to why it would work in one direction but not
the other?

If it makes any difference (I suspect it doesn't), but my machine is a
ROM03. I do have a ROM01 as well if you think that it would be
worthwhile testing from that machine.

Thanks for your help, and thanks for a really neat program! I have
been using it successfully since you 1st introduced it and this is the
first time I've encountered problems (vast majority of usage was to
get disk images *onto* my IIgs).

I'll post back tonight after I do some more testing...
