I don't know of one.  There is the 13-sector version out there, but
that's an arguably easier task - there's a standard 13-sector DOS
(3.2) hosting the same RWTS as 3.3.

But even if the bits get transferred - there remains the task of
getting information into a form factor an emulator will understand.
That would mean chopping 5 tracks out of the image somewhere to make
it fit into a .dsk, or ProDOSifiying it so it fits into a .po or .hdv.

(My apologies if this appears twice - I though I sent a reply to this
earlier, but the Great Orthogonal Obfuscatory Group Lister Everywhere
didn't seem to have a record of it.  Will have to check if I was at
least consistent if it re-appears.)
