Just use apple2 then. It's the vesa (or whatever the non-x graphical apps
are called. I just got up) version. just 'alt'+'Fn' to whichever term you
prefer and run it. You'll probably go through hell trying to configure it
though as it isn't the most clearly documented.
I can't help you on that. Last time I used it was over 6 months ago before
my old hard drive packed up.
