ProTERM from Intrec software is an 8 bit Apple II text based terminal
program. The only thing that might be considered "graphical" about it
is its support for PTSE (ProTERM Special Emulation) which uses allows
the use of moustext characters but these are still text characters.
It does have a simple host mode but it definitely is not a "Graphical
BBS Terminal program". The only thing ProTERM has in common with that
quoted statement is that it is a terminal program.

ProTERM is still commercially available from Intrec
(http://www.intre.com) so I would hope that it isn't available for
download online.
