I honestly don't remember. He might have, and I would have given him 
permission if he did. I've certainly used other peoples photos on my site (I 
always ask permission) so I can't complain. The only issue that I have is 
that I don't see any information about where the photos came from (my site) 
but its not really that big a deal to me at this point.
