Not quite true - Windows Me will work too.  And some Windows versions
older than Windows 98 will NOT work:  Windows NT, versions 3 and 4.

The older Apple Comm Card will work too, albeit more slowly.  Just
be sure to use the proper ADT client on the Apple II side.
