Hello!
I've been working towards doing a simple internal USB board for apple 2
based machines. Basically the MicroUSB project for a start. Nothing too
exciting.
I finally got an etching kit. So I asked about photoresist spray. They had
no idea what I was talking about. Typical. They suggested Camera House
oO(...what.).
Okay. Tried it anyway. They didn't know. Imagine that. Still they gave me
the number and address for a place in Melbourne.
I think I'll either harass jaycar.
Because hazardous items cannot be mailed it rules out online ordering.
I can get pretreated boards. I think I saw them in Jaycar. But i think they
have been sitting in light for a very long time. I have less than total
faith in their protective coating.
Why is everything so hard to get here?
On one final note, let's say I wanted to put an EPROM or whatever on the
card for firmware. How much extra work is required to do that for the ][
based design? I'm not really concerned about writing to it etc. Just a
simple thing that will (with correct firmware) work with a PR#n
