If the card's for Rich Dreher's CFFA controller then it should be a 
CompactFlash card, not an MMC (MultiMedia Card). I'm pointing this out 
because Alex Freed has made a controller that uses MMCs.

Mac OS X has no support at all for ProDOS, and the Intel-based Macs 
can't run any Mac OS older than 10.4.

It should work if you boot directly into Mac OS 9. If you're running Mac 
OS X or Classic (OS 9 on top of OS X) then it won't.
