RamFast SCSI Rev C / CD-ROM drive

I've got a RAMFast SCSI Rev C card installed in my ROM03 IIgs, and
attached to an external AppleCD 600e drive. I believe termination is
set up properly -- there is visible activity on the drive when the
machine is booting up. However, the drive never appears in the 6.0.1
Finder.

According to the manual, there is a GS/OS driver in the card's hardware
that should be copied over, but I can't seem to get to it. The
ROM-based utility on the card apparently only comes up automatically or
when attached to a HDD. The manual is mainly geared toward using the
card as a HDD controller.

Anyone have any ideas?

Current DIP settings on the card are:

1 - On - SCSI termination power ON
2 - Off - ROM Select (OFF = IIgs, ON = IIe)
3 - Off - Machine Type (OFF = IIgs/Enhanced IIe, ON = Unenhanced IIe)
4 - On - DMA Compatibility (ON = DMA Disabled) <- I have a Sirius 8M
RAM Card
5 - On - GS Motherboard Type (ON = 1 Meg, OFF = 256K)
6 - Off - ROMDisk Disable (ON = ROMDisk Disabled, OFF = ROMDisk
Enabled)
7 - Off - Drive Search Timeout (ON = 3 second search, OFF = 30 second
search)
