You can also copy a blank 1.4MB ProDOS image to the floppy with Volume
Copier and then open it directly with "Open volume". However, depending
on what version of Windows you're running, this can be a lot slower if
you're moving lots of files.
This is one of those things that probably ought to have its own bit of UI.
If you open the floppy device directly, make sure you close the disk
(File->Close, Ctrl-W, or just exit CiderPress) before physically
ejecting it.
