I have just completed the kit and have released the information on the
kit's web page, http://www.altairkit.com
At that link you will find pictures, a description, and a story of the
development.
I started this project to bring back
the build-it-yourself experience. :) I'm charging just enough to
break even and pay off all of the engineering costs.
I only have 5 units at the moment. If there is enough interest, I can
get another 20 in 4-5 weeks. If that does happen, the price will be
$1500. Right now the price is $1700 and they are available on ebay.
I have funded this project entirely out of my own pocket, and have
worked on it for the past 9 months as a hobby.

Oh! I almost forgot! It is .01% better than Henry's stuff! That is,
until Henry starts selling it! ; )
