One possibility would be to download them and play them on the PC
or Mac platform for free:

The other way would be to get an "inform interpreter" (they all should
be sufficient for the old level-3 Zork games) and play them on the
platform of your choice: PCs (Win, DOS, Linux, Beos), Macs, Amiga etc..

Also there is a myriad of modern "text adventures" available, contests
are being held with 30 or more entries every year. Newsgroups and
dozens of internet sites are available, too. Some of them are much
more advanced than the classic Infocom games and all topics/genres
are available.

Google for "interactive fiction" and "inform" (and infocom, if you like
to know more about playing the old games on modern systems).
