Re: Anyone remember R&R Software from Dorval ?

Ok :) but what the original is looking like ? I'm so confused about all
the models available.
Depends of what you like to do.
I have an Apple IIe (unenhanced) and a IIe (enhanced), some programs require the enhanced version. Also I have a IIgs which usually comes with a nice color monitor and is running all Apple II software . The IIgs would be my choice if you just want to make sure every software will work.

Both the IIgs and the IIe (enhanced) cost on ebay much less than their shipping cost . If you like the vintage feeling go for a much expensive Apple II or IIplus but they will not run all software.

But for the monitor, I don't know if the original is coming with a
color monitor, I don't know what was the model of the one I have with
my old apple but it was a color monitor with only 2 buttons on the
front brown pannel, one for the power and the other to adujst the
brightness. It was coming with a kind of module that we can grip on the
backside, with that we able to adjust the volume and colors and on the
side of this module we have 2 rca input.
Sorry no idea but if you like to have a nice color monitor you should consider the IIgs.

Something else, try first one of the Apple simulators on your Mac (peecee software is also availiable) and download a couple of your favorite Apple games/software.This is cost free and will show you if your memory about the good old times has not tricked you.

It is quite a while since the Loderunner times and you might will wonder why you ever where so exited about this old stuff :-)
