I seem to have been saying this a lot lately, but using ADTPro is by
far the easiest method for transferring almost any image - be it 5.25",
3.5", or a hard disk image.

Check out the ADTPro home page:

All you need is a serial connection to a Windows or Mac PC, and it
sounds like you already have that.
