That's definitely impossible, I'm afraid. The IBM and Apple drives usedifferent encoding schemes at the physical level (MFM vs. FM). Howeveras Michael mentioned, you might be able to get a superdrive for the Apple.

There are also "Apple IIe" cards for the PC...(transwarp?), althoughthey seem very rare and would require a vintage PC with ISA slots.
