NadaNet adpaters now available

My first idea was to post a detailed notice that NadaNet
adapters are now available from Bill Garber.

Then I realized that virtually all prior discussion of
NadaNet was on csa2, and that there may be some csa2 readers
who don't regularly check "marketplace"...

So consider this a pointer to csa2.marketplace, where the
full announcement awaits you.  ;-)
