Actually, we dont delete the accounts any more as it was more troublethan it was worth. Make sure that you typed in your password correctly. If you did and it still doesnt work, try signing upagain. A tip I like to give people who are trying to type in passwords is to use the copy and paste method. Specifically highlite and copy the
password while the e-mail program is open. Then go to the web page requiring the password. Single click into the box which needs it. Then paste. This method seems to be the most accurate way to do this sort of thing. The details are different on different platforms but the resultsare the same. What is cool is there is almost no possibility of user error. If the password they got is inaccurate then they wouldn't be able to get in anyhow...
