    I would suggest digital TV.  It works perfect in 40 column and HiRes, 
but 80 column looks better than analog TV.  I do not recommend to covert 
composition video to VGA.  You may find composition video monitor from Apple 
//e and Apple //c that it will work fine on Apple //c+.
