The Book of Softkeys Volume I has been uploaded.  It's available as a
zip file (~ 9 MB) or a PDF (~ 5 MB).  The volume is 161 pages long,
including cover and indexes.  

In an effort to cut down on bandwidth usage, I'm only offering the
book in those two formats - no individual pages.   As single TIFF
files, the book is 65 MB.  I will be including the singles on the CD
and DVD set available shortly.
