I see there is one available to buy online for anyone who <sigh> lives
in the US or Canada.
It's not the second edition, so probably covers just the ROM 255 & ROM
0 IIc, but if someone bought this and scanned it, it would be a nice
step beyond the IIc Reference manual already available.
