Rebuilding AlphaSyntauri keyboard

My AlphaSyntauri keyboard is pretty tired. Clattery, misaligned, and sticky.

I don't know if it has been posted here before, but it would appear to 
be a Pratt & Read mechanism. There's a standard rubber component which 
deteriorates with age that appears to be available for $54 for 61 of them.

Once I have a set, I'll know if it's accurate, but looks like it is.

The next thing to replace is the felt component (well, rubber), which 
seems to collapse with age. I'm looking for suitable felt to replace it 
and improve it.
