Well, seeing how MSIZE (Pin 27) is pulled up to +5v (Pin 24),
that makes it 256K rows, thus a 1 MB card. The showing of 768K
with Jumper #1 connected is still a mystery. If you could supply
me with higher resolution scans of both sides of the card, I can
probably tell you what the deal is.
