It should. The 1960 handles 15 - 38 kHz horizontal, and 50-87 Hz
vertical, and the Apple IIgs outputs 15.734 kHz at 60 Hz. It might be
possible to use a Mac VGA adapter, but worst case you have to make
your own cable.
