I noticed that there were a bunch of duplicates in the account, which were
most likely from people forwarding copies of files to their own mail
accounts.  It wouldn't be a bad idea for people to clean up after themselves
so that the account doesn't get bloated with a zillion copies of each file.

Or just "Download" the files...
