The Byte Works made the ORCA/C compiler, but it requires the Apple
IIgs.  As far as I know, it's the only fully-featured C compiler
available for any Apple II system.


There's Aztec-C as well for 8-bit systems, but it's old enough that it
only supports the K&R syntax, plus a couple of the extensions that
later became ANSIfied.

The compilation process is slow enough with Aztec-C that I wouldn't
recommend using it.

And there's hyperc, but I seldom hear about folks using it...
