Hi Michael,

This is may be a bug in Winzip you could try to upgrade to the latest
version retry and report it to them if it recurs.   Windows does have
limits on path length support try moving the file to a short directory
name near the root of your drive and extract there i.e C:/A2

The file is valid and extracts perfectly using WinRAR
http://www.rarlabs.com which is correctly handling the tar-gzip file in
Windows.  This file combination is more common in the Linux/Unix world
but it does extract without any problems on Windows XP using WinRAR.
