Hi,
 Sounds like the foam like rubber wheel, is stiff. The pick wheel may
need to be replaced. They dry out. You might be able feed it one sheet
at a time. By placing one sheet on top of the feeder, between the 2
putty color feeders. Just push the one sheet all the way in. and try to
print.
