Mike,

I know that the Sirius RAM Card is real fussy about the memory
installed.  Years ago I bought a 4M Sirius RAM and upgraded it to 8M
myself.  It passed all of the memory tests I could throw at it
(Bitbanger and a few others).  However from time to time certain things
would complain about bad memory.  All of these issues went away when I
put my card back it its original 4M.  So try downgrading your memory
card to 4M and see if that helps.
